Classes
What happens in a Yoga class?
Classes are designed to leave you feeling centred and balanced, working towards a relaxed state in both mind and body.
Students are encouraged to challenge themselves whilst developing a safe yoga practice, working with awareness and respect for their own bodies.
Each class consists of physical posture work (Asanas), breathing practices (Pranayama), and concludes with a guided relaxation session.
Rates & Passes
An 8-week pass for a course is £64 or drop-in fee is £10. It is possible to join a course at any time. Please call first to confirm a place is available.

Similarly, if you are on holiday for one or two weeks you then have the option of coming twice any week to make up your classes. The only restriction is that you make up your classes within the course period.
